Should we choose a platform or a custom build?
We start with your requirements and assess what a standard platform can cover. Configuration or an extension may be enough. A custom app can be useful when a distinctive process, user experience or integration needs something different. Scope, maintenance and future changes are part of the decision.
Can you improve a system we already use?
Yes. An existing Zoho or Odoo setup can be reviewed for workflow gaps, data quality, usability and integration opportunities. We agree the changes needed before altering your live environment.
Can a custom tool work alongside Zoho or Odoo?
Yes, where the selected products provide the necessary APIs, permissions and integration options. We assess those interfaces first, then scope the data exchange, access rules and responsibilities between the platform and the custom tool.
Are software subscriptions included?
Licensing, implementation and ongoing support are scoped separately unless your proposal explicitly includes them. Required editions, user counts and third-party charges are confirmed before you commit.
