Business internet and networks

Business internet that fits your address

An unreliable internet connection interrupts payments, calls and the work your team needs to finish. An advertised price can hide installation charges, slow uploads or a service your building cannot receive. Etech checks what is available at your exact address, compares the full cost and plans backup where downtime would hurt. Whether you run one office or several locations, we help you choose suitable connections. We coordinate the change and follow up with providers when service falls short of expectations.

What we set up

Fibre for demanding work

Fibre carries data over optical cables. We check dedicated and shared options, upload speeds, installation requirements and service commitments for your building.

Broadband for everyday business

Compare available cable, DSL and other shared internet services. Match speed, usage limits and monthly charges to what your location actually needs.

Failover when the main line drops

A backup connection can take over if your primary service fails. We review automatic switching, separate routes, power needs and backup data limits.

SD-WAN for several connections

Software-defined wide area networking directs traffic between available connections. It can prioritize important applications across locations; it still needs suitable internet links underneath.

What you get from Etech vs calling a carrier

An offer your address can receive

Calling a carrier
A carrier checks services it sells at your location.
With Etech
We compare available suppliers and check building access, construction requirements and installation charges before recommending a connection.

The full cost of staying connected

Calling a carrier
A carrier quotes its connection and any backup options it offers.
With Etech
We compare monthly charges, equipment, installation, contract length and backup costs together, including what changes when a promotion ends.

A contact who tracks the issue

Calling a carrier
The network operator investigates faults and controls repairs to its service.
With Etech
We help document dropouts, follow up on provider tickets and keep the history together when several connections are involved.

Four delivery steps

From address check to working connection

Every installation starts with the building, the existing contract and the work an outage would interrupt.

01

Check the site and current bill

Share each address, bill, contract date and recent connection problems. We ask providers to confirm serviceability and any construction work.

02

Choose the connection and backup

Review verified options, upload needs, full pricing and resilience limits. Agree which systems must keep working during an outage.

03

Schedule installation and testing

Coordinate building access, equipment and provider appointments. Where feasible, install and test the replacement before cancelling the existing connection.

04

Switch and check the result

Agree on the change window, check key applications and test backup behaviour. We follow up on outstanding issues and the first bill.

Before you change business internet

Is fibre available at our exact address?

Availability needs an address check and provider confirmation. A nearby fibre network does not establish that your unit is connected. Building access or construction may affect price and timing.

Will switching interrupt our internet?

Some interruption may be necessary. We plan testing, service overlap and a change window with you and the providers. Keep the current connection until the replacement is ready and cancellation dates are agreed.

Can you coordinate several business locations?

Yes. We check each location separately and compare providers, backup requirements and contract dates. A phased rollout can accommodate different installation timelines without forcing the same package onto every address.
